Global Compliance acquires Allegiance’s SilentWhistle

Global Compliance Services, Inc. announced the acquisition of SilentWhistle and National Hotline Services, Allegiance’s ethics and compliance hotline businesses (collectively “SilentWhistle”).

SilentWhistle offers a 24/7/365 confidential and anonymous telephone and web-based global hotline service through which organizations’ employees, customers, and partners may report concerns or allegations of business misconduct in up to 150 languages.
