Lochlin Partners Executive Recruiting Firm

Well known executive search professionals, Mike Kirkman, Jim Searing, Bonnie Foster and Vickie Moore, have formed a boutique firm, Lochlin Partners, to offer companies a unique business model responsive to clients’ desire for more personalized service and high quality work.

“From experience we know that the big firms are too large, too transactional, and have too many constraints—all of which affect the quality of their work,” said Kirkman. “Lochlin Partners offers an alternative that stresses deep relationships, a limited number of assignments, and highly creative work, unfettered by the structural issues that plague the larger firms.”

The principals worked together at Kirkman & Searing, a regional firm later sold to Korn/Ferry. Kirkman oversaw the Mid-Atlantic region and Searing started the Virginia office for that firm. Kirkman subsequently founded and directed the Washington, DC, office of Spencer Stuart, a leading global executive search firm. Foster, Searing and Moore joined forces as founding partners of another successful boutique firm. Most recently, they built Foster/Searing, a Washington based firm specializing in the biopharmaceutical industry.

Headquartered in Tysons Corner, Virginia, Lochlin Partners will specialize in Government Contracting, Financial Services, Biotech, Pharmaceutical, and the Education/Non-Profit sectors.
