March Group appoints Sharon Davis as HR Director

The March Group (TMG), a private mergers and acquisitions firm, welcomed Sharon M. Davis, PHR, as its HR Director.

Sharon comes to TMG with an impressive background that includes a Professional in Human Resources Certification (PHR) and a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management and Strategic Management from California State University, Sacramento. She is also a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the Human Resource Association of Broward County.

Sharon has over 10 years of human resources experience working in various HR generalist and managerial positions for several firms in Florida and California. She will be responsible for all areas of human resources for The March Group. Her primary responsibilities will be in recruiting, hiring, terminations, employee relations, employee benefits, HR policies, and compliance with federal and state employment regulations. Sharon will work closely with TMG’s senior management on human resources-related issues — a major benefit in a financial services firm like ours.
