iFind Social Recruitment Application

Jobscience announced the release of iFind, an application for strategic and social recruitment. Developed natively on the Force.com platform, iFind represents the next generation of technology for strategic human resources and staffing professionals. iFind leverages multiple cloud computing ecosystems, including Amazon, salesforce.com, and Google Apps to bring powerful search and communication tools to recruiters’ desktops and smartphones.

iFind is a standalone talent management database that strategic human resources professionals use to build a pool of qualified candidates, building relationships even if jobs are not immediately available. It is scalable and flexible, and pre-integrated with other applications from Jobscience, including an Applicant Tracking System for direct employers (TalentCentral) and third-party staffing agencies (TalentStaffing) providing a seamless, end-to-end experience for jobseeker, recruiter and hiring manager.

iFind is flexible enough to integrate with legacy applicant tracking systems as well, providing a powerful front end for recruitment that is candidate-centric and improves sourcing and talent relationship management.
