GEICO, Tucson Hiring - Sales, Service and Claims positions

GEICO plans to hire more than 80 new associates in its Tucson, Arizona, office between now and the end of the year thanks to a steady increase in the number of drivers who switch to GEICO.

Several GEICO employees are very glad they’re already there. Tucson resident Michelle Sproule, a recently-hired claims service representative, put it this way, “My last company had to cut back because of the rough economic conditions. And it’s like that for a lot of people in this area. Companies staff up and then they have to tell some employees that they can’t keep them. I feel secure at GEICO about having a stable job at a stable company. And I’m optimistic because I’m launching a new career for myself.”

Another GEICO associate Jaymes Petty of Tucson is an Internet sales representative who joined GEICO’s Tucson office when it opened its doors in 2003. “It is very comforting to know there is a place I can come to every day because GEICO will still be here tomorrow.
