Moody, Famiglietti & Andronico's Third Straight Annual Honor
MFA - Moody, Famiglietti & Andronico, LLP, a proactive CPA and consulting firm, has for the third consecutive year been recognized as one of the top 50 best small and medium sized companies to work for in America by the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the Great Place to Work Institute, Inc. (GPTW). MFA moved up in the rankings from 25 to 15 since 2007, and was for the third year the only New England CPA and consulting firm to be selected.
Winners were announced at SHRM’s 61st Annual Conference in New Orleans, the largest gathering of HR professionals in the world.
“We approach our work as CPAs and business consultants with a perspective that is unique to our industry. Communication and a sense of passion are as critical as the high level of expertise we maintain, and our clients notice our dedicated spirit,” said Carl J. Famiglietti, Managing Partner at MFA. “SHRM’s continued recognition at a national level lets us know that we are instilling in our people the same confidence that we strive to pass onto our clients.”
Hundreds of companies across the United States submitted entries in the very detailed and competitive analysis conducted by GPTW. The rankings – now in their sixth year – are primarily determined from employee opinion surveys that analyze an organization’s workplace culture. Employee-survey responses count for two-thirds of an organization’s score. The evaluation process also includes the assessment of organization practices and perspectives from the leadership team, which accounted for one-third of the group’s score.
